We are a tuition-free Kindergarten through 8th grade grade public charter school in the heart of Chicago’s Bucktown neighborhood. Our mission is to provide a rigorous, student-centered, and innovative learning environment that helps students build confidence to become critical thinkers, problem solvers, and lifelong learners. One of our core values is uplifting—and implementing—student voice and perspective. From student activity choices in the classroom to our Principal Advisory, which helps to shape school-wide decisions, we strive to put students in the driver’s seat of their educational experience. Every classroom is equipped with smart boards for interactive learning, our music program features a dedicated piano lab, and our educators prepare students for the future they choose. Additionally, we provide transportation options to ensure all students, no matter their zip code, have access to these opportunities.
